Full-time, with flexibility for part-time hours Role Overview: The successful candidate will provide high-quality physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with musculoskeletal conditions. The role involves managing a varied caseload, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring that treatment plans are tailored to individual patient needs. Key Responsibilities: Comprehensive MSK Assessment and Treatment: Assess and treat patients with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, from acute injuries to chronic pain, using a combination of manual therapy, exercise prescription, and other physiotherapy modalities to optimize patient recovery. Personalised Treatment Plans: Develop bespoke treatment plans that are evidence-based and targeted to reduce pain, improve mobility, and promote long-term rehabilitation. Manual Therapy and Rehabilitation: Use hands-on techniques such as joint mobilization, manipulation, soft tissue therapy, and other therapeutic interventions to alleviate pain and restore movement. Exercise Prescription and Education: Prescribe tailored exercises that improve strength, flexibility, and function, while educating patients on the importance of self-management and lifestyle changes to prevent future musculoskeletal problems. Collaboration with Multidisciplinary Team: Work alongside other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure coordinated, holistic care for each patient. Patient Support and Advice: Provide expert advice on injury prevention, pain management, ergonomic modifications, and healthy living strategies to ensure patients understand their condition and can manage it effectively. Requirements: HCPC registered Physiotherapist with a valid qualification. At least two years of post-graduate experience in MSK physiotherapy. Strong knowledge of MSK conditions and treatment techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
