The successful candidates will need to demonstrate compassion for the challenges our service users face in transitions from secure care. From an occupational perspective, assess the impact that mental illness, trauma, learning disabilities, or autism and long-term institutionalisation have on functioning. You will need to demonstrate the ability to develop realistic plans of care that support service user engagement and promote recovery through professional assessment, clinical reasoning, and outcomes. Effective communication, emotional intelligence, a positive attitude to team working, and the ability to promote our role in recovery are essential.
