Job DescriptionBand 6 Occupational TherapistSalary: £35,000 - £38,50040 hours per week Our client, a leading provider of inpatient mental health services, is looking for a skilled and dedicated Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join their team. You will be a key player in ensuring that each individual receives the support they need to lead a fulfilling life while in care.Requirements for this role: Qualifications:
- Occupational Therapy (BSc or equivalent) qualification and current registration HCPC.
- Further postgraduate training or experience in working with individuals with complex mental health needs and learning disabilities is desirable.
- Significant experience in Occupational Therapy, preferably in a secure care, mental health, or similar setting.
- Proven ability to assess and treat occupational dysfunction and develop person-centred interventions.
- Experience in working independently, managing a diverse caseload, and prioritizing workloads.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience, including mentoring, teaching, or providing clinical supervision.
