We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team.
We are an adult Community Therapy Team, experience of a wide range of conditions and community experience. Also included in the role is therapy intervention for patients in Pathway 2 beds. Booking to start ASAP, on a month by month basis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. Responsibilities
Working with patients with a variety of conditions over weeks or months. Diagnosing, assessing, and treating problems. Encouraging exercise and movement. Advising patients on leading a healthy lifestyle. Keeping reports on patients and their progress. Providing massage therapy to relieve soft tissue pain. Mobilizing and manipulating muscles and joints. A valid nursing qualification and registration with the appropriate regulatory body. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families. A compassionate approach to patient care, with a focus on empathy and support during challenging times.
