We're working with an NHS Trust in the North East of England to recruit a Band 6 Physiotherapist for a Community Team. They would like someone to start ASAP, so this role will be filled very quickly.
The role is full-time, Mon-Fri, with some weekend cover required on a rota basis. Our client would consider Physiotherapists at band 5 and band 7 levels for this role, as well as band 6 level candidates.
You will be out in the community visiting elderly patients at home, carrying out general rehab assessments and promoting independence.
A car is essential for this role.
