Hunter AHP have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Band 6 physiotherapist to work in inpatient settings of an NHS hospital to facilitate discharges.
You will work as part of a highly experienced multi-disciplinary therapy team which includes occupational therapists, nurses, and other assistants.
