Main duties of the job Work as a senior physiotherapy practitioner to provide a high quality, responsive outpatient physiotherapy service for adults & children with musculoskeletal & orthopaedic conditions living within the West of Berkshire, either at one of the main bases or at a satellite clinic. Provide a high standard of physiotherapy assessment, treatment and caseload management in the Physiotherapy Out-Patients Department to people with a wide range of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic problems. Undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner working without direct supervision. Formulate and deliver specialist individual physiotherapy treatment programmes based on clinical knowledge of current practice, evidence based practice and treatment options, using clinical assessment and reasoning skills.
