Band 6 Social Worker
to make a difference in a
West London in-patient setting . You will be at the heart of delivering high-quality care to service users, supported by a collaborative team in a rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
Provide compassionate, professional support to service users within a mental health in-patient setting.
Candidates with
mental health experience
are highly desirable.
Nurses with Care Act assessment experience
will also be considered.
A
car driver
is essential to support travel requirements within the role.
