Our ideal candidate will be / will have:
Registered Nurse (RN) with current live PIN on NMC register Teaching and Assessing NMC approved qualification Evidence of relevant post-registration specialist professional development 3 years' experience as a registered nurse Experience in a variety of settings including hospital and community Experience of managing a range of long-term conditions Experience of working collaboratively with Social Services Evidence of innovative clinical practice development
As this role requires travel, a driving license and access to a car is required for this role.
