Working closely with the Clinical Group, Corporate Services and other key individuals, the Associate People BP will support all aspects of work associated with the forward planning, modernisation, engagement, motivation and performance of the workforce. In addition, the post holder will embed workforce and OD best practice; improving standards and increasing management capability within the Clinical Group and Corporate Services. Motivated and driven, the postholder will work within the People Business Partner team and closely with others across the People and Culture Directorate functions. We are looking for an individual who will help take our team forward, devising improvements and building strong business partner relationships. The Associate People Business Partner will support the People Business Partner in providing a comprehensive service to Clinical Groups and Corporate Services, with the aim of supporting our objective of providing great care to every patient every day by living our PRIDE behaviours. The post holder will work closely with the People Business Partner, Clinical Group / Corporate leadership teams and other key individuals to enable delivery of People and Culture Directorate development interventions across the Clinical Groups and Corporate areas. Education/ Qualifications
Degree educated or equivalent Skills/ Abilities
Generalist HR experience in advising and coaching managers on best practice HR approaches particularly change management Sound understanding / competence in common technical aspects of employment law Ability to adapt to a hot-desking environment Experience/ Knowledge
