Liaise with the CMHT and coordinate care as may be appropriate for clients. Operate as the Lead Professional for the clients on their caseload and deliver expert assessments (including risk assessments), formulations and psychological treatments. Work within evidence-based frameworks and the principles of recovery to support clients and reduce dependence on secondary care mental health services. Provide support to Staff within the IPT and the CMHT and participate in clinical quality assurance and learning programmes.
