Qualifications
Registered 1st level Nurse NMC registration Experience
Experience of leading and managing a team Up to date clinical experience in acute areas including evidence of skills updates Able to influence change Able to manage and resolve conflict Effective planning and organisational skills Knowledge of evidence based practice Experience of multi-disciplinary & multi professional collaborative working Exposure to capacity management within an acute setting Additional Criteria
Ability to action own initiative Evidence of sound decision making skills, particularly in Emergency situations.
