Kind Support is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Pediatrics Band 7 Clinical Services Manager to join the team at a Children's Hospice in London. The Clinical Services Team cares for children who are staying with us including those visiting for events and daycare. Providing families with choice is central to the company's care model, and the team also support children in their family homes and other community-settings. The post holder will play a crucial role in the development of the service and lead the operational delivery of family-centred care, ensuring the highest possible standards of care for referred babies, children, young people and their families. You will support the team in providing clinical and holistic care support to babies, children and young people with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions and their families. Responsibilities Oversee the delivery of high-quality paediatric clinical services, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. Manage and support clinical staff, providing guidance and training to enhance team performance. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Monitor patient outcomes and service efficiency, making necessary adjustments to improve care delivery. Engage with families to provide support and information regarding paediatric health issues. Qualifications Relevant experience in paediatric clinical services management Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of paediatric healthcare practices and policies Ability to develop and implement clinical protocols Experience in quality assurance and improvement initiatives Relevant certifications in paediatrics or healthcare management Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £52,994.64-£58,389.44 per year Additional pay: Signing bonus Benefits: Company pension Employee discount Employee mentoring programme Free parking Gym membership Life insurance On-site parking Referral programme Sick pay Licence/Certification: NMC (required) Work Location: In person
