£28 – £39 per hour About the role: The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Homecare Pharmacist to join our team in Whitehaven. This role is initially for a period of 3-6 months, with the potential for a longer-term position. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients within the mental health unit. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal medication management. Conduct medication reviews and provide expert advice on pharmaceutical matters. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient care plans. Manage and oversee homecare medication services. Qualifications and Experience: Experience in homecare or hospital pharmacy settings. Master’s degree in pharmacy or equivalent. Desirable:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Why work with Pulse?
