An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and experienced Band 8a MSK Physiotherapist to join a well-established outpatient clinic in Shropshire. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care while working in a dynamic and supportive clinical environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality musculoskeletal physiotherapy assessments and treatments for patients, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes. Shropshire Hours:

Full-Time (37.5 hours) Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Open to Part-Time Applications) Hourly Rate:

£33 - £36 per hour Setting:

Outpatient Clinic Key Responsibilities: Conducting comprehensive MSK assessments to diagnose and develop tailored treatment plans. Providing a range of evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation. Managing and maintaining a varied caseload of patients with musculoskeletal conditions. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care and outcomes for patients. Supporting patient education and self-management strategies. Contributing to the development and improvement of services within the clinic. Keeping up-to-date with current physiotherapy practices, research, and clinical guidelines. Ideal Candidate: Experience:

Significant post-graduate experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, ideally within an outpatient or community setting. Experience in managing complex musculoskeletal cases and working with a multidisciplinary team is essential. Leadership Skills:

Strong clinical leadership and supervisory experience, with the ability to support and guide a team while providing high-quality patient care. Clinical Expertise:

Advanced skills in MSK physiotherapy assessments and treatment, with a solid foundation in evidence-based practice. Experience with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, including sports injuries, joint replacements, and long-term pain management. Communication:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and provide clear and concise reports. Education & Training:

Ability to mentor and provide professional development opportunities for junior physiotherapists and support staff. This position offers full-time hours with a flexible work schedule, Monday to Friday. However, part-time applications are also welcomed. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in MSK physiotherapy, demonstrating strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
