Work independently as a pharmacist prescriber in oncology or haematology clinics. Act as a role model for junior pharmacists in cancer services and assist in education and training initiatives. Ensure safe and effective provision of clinical pharmacy services to cancer patients. Ensure oral SACT patients receive appropriate counselling and support with their medication. Support the Advanced Clinical Pharmacists and Consultant Pharmacists in further development of the clinical pharmacy service.
