We have an opportunity for an Anaesthetics Practitioner to join their team of staff in the Theatre department at Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital on the bank. This is a bank role working on an “as and when required” basis. You will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence. The Hospital covers a wide variety of surgical procedures. You will support in assessing patients' health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload, assisting in the delivery of care to meet the patients' needs. You will actively promote best practice and contribute towards quality improvements, collect, collate and organise data, interpret all of the information and make a justifiable assessment, making this available to relevant others. Duties and responsibilities: You will be required to provide exemplary patient care carrying out anaesthetic duties in a theatre setting. Support in assessing patients' health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload. Promote best practice and contribute towards quality improvements. Who we're looking for: You must be a qualified Nurse or ODP with experience in anaesthetics. You hold a valid NMC or HCPC pin with no conditions or restrictions. Ability to build and maintain relationships with consultants and staff of the department.
