| Spire Hartswood | Warley, Brentwood Spire Hartswood Hospital is looking for a Business Administrator to join our friendly team on an ad hoc basis to support with cover within the team. This role will be responsible for providing a high standard of customer service to all patients, consultants, NHS partners, staff, and visitors. This position is a bank position working ad hoc scheduled shifts between Monday - Friday, 7.5 hours per day. Shifts are completed between 09:00 - 17:00. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can thrive in a busy environment and has great communication skills and attention to detail. Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Business Administrator, you will ensure accurate and timely processing of billing, payroll, and financial transactions while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for providing high levels of customer service, ensuring all billing is actioned promptly and accurately, identifying billing problems, placing billing alerts, and suspending and clearing as required. Perform regular cashiering, banking, and petty cash duties, including reconciliations and posting entries to the accounting systems. Who We're Looking For:
Previous experience using SAP Experience in a financial admin role with strong communication skills Good computer literacy Full flexibility to work a range of times and days as part of our rota You don't need a medical background as full training will be provided. If you are confident working in a team, can work under pressure, and can communicate effectively across multiple media such as phone, email, online, and paper-based forms simultaneously, then you may be suitable for this role.
