Job Description Bank Cardiac Physiologist - Duchy Hospital - Bank Hours As our Cardiac service continues to grow, we are seeking to appoint experienced Cardiac Physiologists, with a sub-speciality in Echocardiography, on bank contracts to support our team. What you'll bring with you The successful candidates will be at least 2 years qualified and BSE accredited with the ability to scan and report independently or skilled in device checks and supporting angiography and PCI in the lab. Weekend and evening shifts are available as well as weekday cover. They will need to demonstrate a good understanding of what constitutes high-quality patient care and customer service, as well as experience of working as part of a Cardiac team. They will also possess excellent communication and organisational skills. Services that Duchy offers include elective surgery, including orthopaedics, general surgery, urology, plastics, gynaecology, and ophthalmology delivered through our 4 operating theatres - all with laminar flow. We also have an Ambulatory Care Unit and Inpatient ward. In addition, we also provide busy outpatient, physiotherapy, and cardiology services including a cardiac cath lab. All offers of employment will be subject to receipt of a satisfactory Standard/Enhanced Disclosure Certificate from the Disclosure and Barring Service (if relevant to the position).
