Bank Care Assistants (Days and/or Nights)
We are currently doing a recruitment drive to expand our team!
We are looking for Bank Care Assistants for both days and/or nights to work a 7pm-7am shift to help the permanent care team.
Our pay is competitive, and the shifts can be flexible to ensure you have a work/home life balance.
As a Bank Care Assistant, you would support our residents with their daily tasks, helping with personal care, answering call bells, supporting across mealtimes, and working in a team to ensure our residents' needs are met to a high standard.
Previous experience is preferred, however not necessary as full training will be provided with an in-depth induction program and shadowing shifts.
