Our experienced Care Home Manager, Tracey, has been with us for over 10 years and is dedicated to fostering a supportive and positive atmosphere for both residents and staff. We are currently seeking Bank Care Assistants to help provide exceptional, person-centered care to our residents. You’ll be contributing to a nurturing environment where each resident can thrive, staying as active and independent as possible while receiving the care they need. As a Bank Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include: Applying your existing skills to support residents with personal care, hygiene, meals, and daily activities Providing emotional support and companionship to enhance residents' quality of life Tailoring care to residents' individual preferences and needs, helping them live fulfilling and enriched lives Maintaining the highest standards of care, professionalism, and attention to detail within the home Collaborating with a skilled team to ensure residents' needs are consistently met Sandstone employees enjoy a range of benefits: Free uniform.
