As a Nurse in one of Sirona's Integrated Network Teams (INTs), you will work within a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic and specialist skills supported by a robust competency framework. You will have the opportunity to develop additional competencies within the requirements of the multi-disciplinary approach to the INT. Due to the diversity of need in our localities, this is a brilliant opportunity to develop your skills through training and in-team support in a range of nursing interventions. Working in a community setting gives you the unique ability to really get to know your caseload and tailor your interventions in a holistic, person-centred way. Qualifications

BSc or equivalent experience in adult nursing Current NMC registration Experience

Knowledge of the principles of Clinical Governance and its applications Up to date knowledge of Evidence Based Practice, local and national standards Community Nursing Experience You must have appropriate UK professional registration. This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
