Collaborate with management and the complex care team to maintain the highest standards of care. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including CQC standards. Perform Quality Walk Rounds using Microsoft Forms, conduct site visits, and review medication charts and inventory. Oversee and evaluate staff competencies in the field, provide debriefing support, and interact with staff and those we support to ensure care plans are understood and followed. Monitor safety and cleanliness, report concerns to management and raise safeguarding issues when necessary. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Ensure staff have ID badges, are confident in their roles, and meet the required standards. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and external stakeholders to provide the best possible care. Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and person-centred care. Skills & Experience Required:
RGN/RMN/RNLD qualified with experience in complex care. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Knowledge of CQC regulations and local policies. Safeguarding and health and safety awareness. Flexible to undertake visits late at night and weekends. Previous experience in community care desirable. Experience within adult and children’s services. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to improving the lives of others. PLEASE NOTE This is a field-based position; therefore, applicants must hold a valid UK driving license and have access to a car for work purposes. This is a bank/zero-hour position, allowing suitable applicants the flexibility to work hours around your home and family life.
