that reduces pressures on services and staff. By bringing together urgent care, clinical assessment, primary care services, NHS 111 call centres, clinical assessment, and other urgent care services. This is the perfect chance to use and develop all your skills and expertise as a
General Practitioner , providing diagnosis, treatment, advice, and referrals to other healthcare resources,
via primary care centres and home visits . You will also use our
electronic prescribing system
to effectively manage the patient. What you'll be doing Deliver urgent care through triage, consultations, and home visits. Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide effective patient care. Maintain accurate medical records and follow clinical protocols. Make safe, timely decisions in a fast-paced environment. What We’re Looking For Full GMC registration with a license to practice in the UK. Inclusion on the NHS England National Performers List. Experience in urgent care or out-of-hours services. Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and a patient-centered approach. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing demands.
