Overview We are seeking dedicated Bank Healthcare Assistants to join our Team, to assist our Residents with personal care. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Bank Healthcare Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining Resident satisfaction and ensuring the smooth operation of our service. Duties Assist our Residents with personal care Accurate care logging using a digital care system Empower our Residents to live a full and independent life Experience Previous experience in a care home is preferred, although not essential, as full training can be provided. Job Types : Part-time, Temporary, Temp to perm Pay : £11.44-£18.32 per hour Benefits : Bereavement leave Company pension Discounted or free food Free parking Education : GCSE or equivalent (required) Experience : Care home: 1 year (preferred) Home care: 1 year (preferred) Language : English (required) Licence/Certification : Driving Licence (preferred) Work Location : In person
