As a Health Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals in need, while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Assisting patients with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, and toileting. Supporting patients in their mobility and promoting their independence. Assisting with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met. Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing staff. Providing emotional support and companionship to patients. Maintaining accurate records of patient care activities. Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure a high standard of care is provided. Qualifications and Requirements: Previous experience as a Health Care Assistant or similar role is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates who are passionate and motivated to learn. Compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities. Basic knowledge of health and safety practices in a healthcare setting. A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
