Does a challenging, fast-paced role excite you? This could be the perfect opportunity for you... Chalkhill Hospital is a modern unit located in Haywards Heath. We are the only NHS Tier 4 CAMHS service in Sussex and offer a unique and rewarding experience supporting young people to recover at a critical time in their development so they have the best chance to succeed in life. We are looking for Bank Healthcare Support Workers to join us. We are a caring, compassionate, and creative team aiming to deliver outstanding care to all our young people and their families. We understand that looking after our staff's health and well-being leads to safer services and better experiences for our young people, and so actively promote supervision, reflection, training opportunities, and team away days. You will also undertake personal care duties for service users in the hospital, report patients' conditions to qualified staff, and document care delivery in patients' notes. You will need to use your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and motivation to constantly improve the way we work. About us
