Prideaux Lodge is looking for a bank night health care assistant to join our friendly residential dementia home based in Little Common.
Skills and Personal Characteristics Needed:
You'll need to be: Caring and kind Cheerful and friendly Willing to be hands-on with patients Willing to do personal care tasks (washing, toileting, etc.) Able to follow instructions and procedures Able to work in a team but use their own initiative You'll also need: Good communication skills, including listening Organisational skills Observational skills We provide on-site training with the option of taking the training further by doing your diploma in health and social care with our training company, Sussex Downs College. Night staff will also be trained in-depth on how to give medication after completing training and competencies. Job Details:
