Main duties of the job We are seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses to care for adults, children, and young people who have long-term or life-limiting conditions, providing exceptional, individualised care to our service users in the comfort of their own homes.
The role of Bank Nurse is varied and offers you the opportunity to utilise your valuable clinical skills with the option of working flexible hours that better suit your requirements due to lifestyle, family or simply for personal reasons.
Job responsibilities It is essential that you drive, have access to a vehicle and are flexible to cover planned holiday leave, as well as short notice cover.
You must hold a valid NMC registration, have previous experience of supporting children, and have experience in the following clinical tasks:
Airway Management, including Tracheostomy Care and Suctioning.
Ventilation Management.
Enteral Feeding.
It would also be beneficial if you have an awareness or knowledge of spinal injury care, acquired brain injury care and degenerative and/or neurological conditions.
We can offer a range of shifts, covering:
Days, Nights and Weekends
10-12 hour shifts
Minimum Requirements
Valid NMC Registration
Valid DBS (or be willing to obtain)
Full Driving Licence & access to a vehicle
Eligibility to work in the UK
