There are exciting opportunities for registered children's nurses to work as bank nurses in the Family and Therapies Division of ABUHB.

Main duties of the job:

We require bank nurses on the acute Paediatric wards at Nevill Hall Hospital, Abergavenny, and the Royal Gwent Hospital in Newport, as well as in the Children's community nursing team. We care for babies and children from 0 - 18 years of age.

A paid induction period is provided, along with a local induction package with an experienced preceptor. Days, nights, and twilight shifts are available, ranging from 4 to 12 hours. Applicants will have the opportunity to join staff for additional training sessions and study days.
