The focus of our service is to help people to live their best life in a safe and supportive environment. As a Bank Nurse, you will be working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team to provide excellent bespoke care to enable our patients to fulfil their recovery goals working towards building a bright future after discharge for all service users within your care. You would also be expected to: Act as a key worker Observe/respond to patient behaviours on the ward which may include self-harm and acts of aggression Formulate risk assessments and care plans to meet individual needs Medication management Maintain the safety of patients and staff Ensure good quality of patient documentation which meets regulatory guidance and statutory requirements Work within the NMC code of conduct and practice guidelines About You Active Registration with the NMC Knowledge of NMC standards guidelines, requests and professional practices Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to service improvement and quality Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills, IT literate Company and Site Benefits Free onsite parking Subsidised lunches Online benefits and cashback rewards We would welcome Bank Nurses across all of our wards.
