To enable Physiotherapy to provide Therapy Skills within the inpatient service To ensure safe, efficient and effective delivery of patient focused care in line with identified evidence based practice, local and national standards To work collaboratively within Multidisciplinary and Multi-agency Teams To participate in delegated projects for service development with the team Person specification
Education & Qualification
Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapist HCPC Registration Member of RCOT Experience
Review of 2 Fieldwork Educator final reports Acute Hospital Experience Knowledge
Sound level of theoretical knowledge Basic knowledge of the multi-disciplinary team Key Skills
Able to work as a team member and independently Good Clinical Reasoning Ability to present information in a logical concise manner Personal Qualities
