The post holder is the PA to the Senior Operational Estates Managers on bank, providing comprehensive and confidential administrative and secretarial services to enable them to carry out their role effectively. The post holder will undertake the coordination and control of common support processes/systems including departmental procedures, training, and health & safety. They will be required to communicate effectively with other departments and external agencies. This role requires a high level of discretion, the ability to work unsupervised, and to exercise initiative, accountability, and the ability to work under pressure while prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines. Main Duties of the Job

Qualifications

GCSE or equivalent in English and Mathematics Experience

Previous experience as a PA to a Director or Senior Manager Experience of managing diaries Ability to work within tight deadlines and proven skills in personal time management Experience of minuting meetings, both face-to-face and virtually Experience of organizing events Advanced IT skills including Microsoft Office applications Experience using ESR, e-Proc, and other Trust/NHS systems Personal Attributes

Commitment to providing a high standard of efficient office practice ensuring a quality service is provided at all times Strong attention to detail Confident - able to deal with individuals in senior roles and in difficult situations Disclosure and Barring Service Check
