£12.61 per hour plus £50 per sleep-in shift and great benefits

About the Role:

As a Bank Positive Behaviour Support Worker, you will support our customers in overcoming barriers to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives. You will work flexibly, choosing the shifts that suit you while making a significant difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

Help customers recognize their strengths and take small steps towards achieving their dreams.

Support customers using the Positive Behavioural Support model to promote independence and social inclusion.

Monitor customers’ mental and physical health, identifying signs of deterioration and managing risks to their wellbeing.

Provide personal care and behavioral support as needed.

Ensure that you are supported in your role wherever you are working.

Requirements:

Experience in a Complex Care setting, with a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it.

Flexibility to work at short notice.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams.

Experience supporting individuals with complex needs or behaviors of distress.

Patient and calm approach, adaptable to the needs of individuals.

Experience in positive risk management.

Job Details:

Enhanced DBS check required (paid for by us).

Ability to use technology for support plans and communication.

£50 per sleep-in shift.
