This is an exciting opportunity to join Home Group, one of the UK’s largest housing providers, as a Bank Positive Behaviour Support Worker. You will support our amazing customers while choosing your preferred shifts. Typical Responsibilities: Help customers overcome barriers and lead fulfilling lives. Recognize customers' strengths and assist them in achieving their aspirations. Support customers using the Positive Behavioural Support model to promote independence and social inclusion. Monitor customers’ mental and physical health and manage risks to their wellbeing. Provide personal care and behavioral support as needed. Receive support from the organization throughout your work. Qualifications: Experience in a Complex Care setting, with a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it. Flexibility to work at short notice. Strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and services. Experience as a Support Worker for individuals with complex needs. Patient and adaptable approach to meet individual needs. Experience in positive risk management. Job Details: £50 per sleep-in shift. Ability to use technology for support plans, mandatory learning, and communication.
