What We Seek: Experience in a Complex Care setting with a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it. Flexibility to work at short notice. Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams. Experience as a Support Worker for individuals with complex needs. A patient and adaptable approach to meet individual needs. Experience in positive risk management. Job Details: £50 per sleep-in shift. Ability to use technology for support plans and communication. Enhanced DBS check required, which we will cover.
