Bank Registered Nurse , your role will be dynamic and fulfilling. You will: Provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents, ensuring their needs are met in a compassionate and professional manner Administer medications and treatments according to the care plan, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations Carry out regular assessments, monitoring residents' conditions and making necessary adjustments to care plans Collaborate with the wider care team, including doctors, therapists, and support staff, to ensure holistic care delivery Offer guidance and support to junior staff, ensuring a culture of learning and development within the team Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in line with legal and organizational requirements Provide emotional and psychological support to residents and their families, ensuring a caring and empathetic approach at all times Ensure that residents' dignity and rights are upheld, promoting independence and well-being Sandstone employees enjoy a range of benefits: Free uniform.
