Typical basic hourly rates for fully compliant bank workers including WTR uplift are
£17.93 . Enhancements of 30% are applicable to nights and Saturdays and 60% are applicable to Sundays and Bank Holidays. NI & PAYE deductions will apply. Successful applicants will be required to complete a mandatory training programme within the first 8 weeks of commencement which will provide all new recruits with the necessary skills to work effectively and safely within our unique services. This is approximately 8 days, although this is not 8 consecutive days there is a 5 consecutive day training session.
