As a Residential Team Leader, you will join a team fully committed to making a difference in the lives of those we provide care for. Our aim is to deliver the highest standard of care to our service users, providing the same standard of care we would expect our own family members to receive. You will be using the latest care technology to enable you to spend more time with the service users you care for. Burleys Wood in Crawley has an excellent reputation as a highly valued provider of care, with the needs of our service users at the centre of all we do every single day. As a Team Leader, you should have previous experience working with older people in residential care. You will need to be flexible, patient, caring, organised, and great with people. Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, are essential. You should have completed or be working towards your QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). You will be responsible for building strong relationships with everyone around you, ensuring that family and friends feel welcomed, keeping healthcare professionals well-informed, and updating your Line Manager on residents’ needs and progress. As a team player, you can easily follow guidelines and policies and will have good written skills for writing up care plans. We will provide you with full training, including our leadership programme, which can support your development and opportunities for progression within Shaw. Working Hours:
