About Nelson House : Nelson House is a modern and spacious 32-bed locked rehabilitation recovery service for men with mental illness. By focusing on the development of skills for independence, the unit provides a positive step for patients, many of whom will transition to living in the community. It helps patients learn new ways of managing their conditions and symptoms with the aim of preventing any future relapse. For patients with challenging behaviors, Nelson House helps them learn skills to change their response to anxiety and distress. Position Overview : We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated BANK RNLD/RMN to join the Nelson House Hospital's rehabilitation and recovery service. Key Responsibilities : This is a unique opportunity for a trained nurse to gain experience in mental health, work as part of the clinical team, influence positive change, and ensure robust effective clinical leadership across the service lines. Qualifications : The successful candidate must have a proven track record of effective leadership skills, clinical expertise, and knowledge of person-centered recovery based on interventions. A passion for working collaboratively with service users to promote independence in a mental health setting is essential.
