Ashfield House in Raunds . You will join a team committed to making a difference in the lives of those we care for. Our aim is to deliver the highest standard of care to our service users, providing the same level of care we would expect for our own family members. You will utilize the latest care technology to spend more time with the service users you care for.

has an excellent reputation as a highly valued provider of care, with the needs of our service users at the centre of all we do. As a Senior Support Worker, you will have previous experience in a similar role working with older people in residential care. You need to be flexible, patient, caring, organized, and great with people. Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, are essential. Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with residents, ensuring family and friends feel welcomed, keeping healthcare professionals informed, and updating your Line Manager on residents’ needs and progress. As a team player, you can follow guidelines and policies easily and will have good writing skills for documenting care plans. We will provide you with full training, including our leadership programme, which supports your development and opportunities for progression within Shaw. Salary: £12.52 per hour Working Hours:
