You will deliver high-quality nursing skills and knowledge within your scope of practice, directly supporting various wards and departments within UHD. Person Specification Qualifications Essential NMC Registered Adult Nurse Desirable Post Registration Course related to high acuity care patient Experience Essential Minimum six months experience within the last twenty-four-month period, as a Registered Nurse within a UK acute hospital setting. Experience of caring for patients with acute and long-term conditions Desirable End of life care Technical Skills Competencies Essential Basic IT Skill Obtaining and analysing clinical data to recognise the deteriorating patient. Medication and prescription management Non-IV and IV medication, blood products & nutrition regime Calculation of drug doses for infusions requiring frequent concentration.
