Are you a caring and compassionate inpatient nurse looking for a fresh opportunity?

Bank nurses support the trust in delivering high quality care for our service users.

Temporary Staffing covers staffing shortfalls within CWPs inpatient units, which are located in Chester, Wirral, Macclesfield and Nether Alderley. Joining the bank will give you the opportunity to work on our wards that cater for Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and CAMHS, with our shift patterns being Days - 07.30-20.00 and Nights 19.30-08.00.

We offer a full paid training package before offering work, which includes a mixture of eLearning and Face to Face. The face to face training is indicated below and is held at Sycamore House, Ellesmere Port or Soss Moss, Nether Alderley. Trust Induction - 1 day (Ellesmere Port only) Safeguarding Level 3 - 1 day Proactive Approach Training - 5 days Clinical Systems Training - 1 day

Please ensure that you can commit to attending the above before applying. You will be required to complete this within 3 months of starting with CWP.

At CWP we offer our bank workers weekly pay and access to Wagestream.

Main duties of the job

Cheshire and Wirral NHS Foundation Trust are looking for registered nurses in Mental Health and Learning Disabilities who are able to demonstrate that they are working towards the 6 Cs in all that they do within the role.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the trust values of Care, Compassion, Commitment, Courage, Communication and Competence on a daily basis whilst working within a multi-disciplinary framework using specific skills and expertise in a professional manner which will place the patient at the centre of all negotiations enhancing/developing the professionals working practices.
