Main duties of the job
As an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD), you will join the team at Ty Grosvenor as bank staff, where you'll enjoy the perfect work/life balance. You will ensure men and women (Adults 18+) in the rehabilitation facility receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting good teamwork. You will empower and support people to reach their own unique goals while you learn about implementing five core zones of Work and Education, Interventions, Social Networks, Health and Empowerment. The service has two distinct wards and two-bedroom apartments that support independent living. You’ll also benefit from access to mainstream resources within the local community.
