You will join a team fully committed to making a difference in the lives of those we provide care for. Our aim is to deliver the highest standard of care to our service users, providing the same care we would expect for our own family members. You will use the latest care technology, enabling you to spend more time with the service users you care for.
Maes-Y-Wennol
has an excellent reputation as a highly valued provider of care. As a Team Leader, you’ll need previous experience working with older people in residential care. You should be flexible, patient, caring, organized, and great with people. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. You should have completed or be working towards your QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with family and friends, ensuring healthcare professionals are well-informed, and keeping your Line Manager updated on residents’ needs and progress. As a team player, you can easily follow guidelines and policies and will have good written skills for documenting care plans. We will provide you with full training, including our leadership programme, which can support your development and opportunities for progression within Shaw. Salary:
