Shaw healthcare is looking for a Residential Team Leader to join the team at The Grove. You will be part of a team committed to making a difference in the lives of those we provide care for. Our aim is to deliver the highest standard of care to our service users, providing the same standard of care that we would expect our own family members to receive. You will be using the latest care technology to spend more time with the service users you care for. The Grove has an excellent reputation as a highly valued provider of care.
Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with service users, family, and friends.
Keep healthcare professionals informed and maintain communication with your Line Manager regarding residents’ needs and progress.
Follow guidelines and policies effectively.
Write and maintain care plans.
Qualifications:
Previous experience working with older people in residential care.
Flexibility, patience, caring nature, organization, and strong interpersonal skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Completed or working towards QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
We will provide you with full training, including our leadership programme, which can support your development and opportunities for progression within Shaw.
Salary:
£13.67 per hour

Bank Contract 0 Hours
Variable Hours: 07:15-14:45, 14:14-21:45, 21:30-07:30
