You will be part of a team committed to making a difference in the lives of those we care for. Our goal is to deliver the highest standard of care. You will be using the latest care technology to spend more time with the service users. As a Team Leader, you should have previous experience working with older people in residential care. You need to be flexible, patient, caring, organized, and great with people. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. You should have completed or be working towards your QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with everyone around you, ensuring that family and friends feel welcomed, keeping healthcare professionals informed, and updating your Line Manager on residents’ needs and progress. As a team player, you should be able to follow guidelines and policies easily and possess good writing skills for care plans. We will provide you with full training, including our leadership program, which supports your development and opportunities for progression within Shaw. Salary:
