Sessional Job Advert Role Description: Priory Hospital North London is a private acute psychiatric hospital for adults, located in Southgate, overlooking the beautiful grounds of Grovelands Park. The hospital provides care and treatment for patients with a wide range of mental health difficulties as inpatients, day patients, and outpatients. The hospital specializes in providing treatment to patients with acute mental health conditions, addiction issues, and also has a tier 6 specialist Obsessive-Compulsive disorders service in conjunction with the NHS. The hospital is situated close to excellent transport links to central London and parking is available on-site. We welcome applications from experienced and motivated therapists to support the service in the delivery of outpatient individual therapy sessions. The successful candidate will have the relevant qualifications, accreditation, and previous experience of working in a similar setting. We are currently hiring: DBT EMDR Family Therapist The role will involve the provision of individual therapy to outpatients who require therapeutic intervention. A good knowledge of risk assessment and risk management is essential. The successful candidate must hold registration with HCPC or accreditation with BACP, BABCP, UKCP, BPC, ACP, NCPS (senior accredited route only), or ACAT. Due to current demand, ideally, we would be looking for the successful candidate to offer in-person appointment times later in the day or during evenings/at weekends. Applicants will be able to offer a minimum of 10 sessions per week in person on-site. We are not accepting applications for remote therapists.
