We are excited to partner with a respected law firm that specializes in banking and finance. We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Banking and Finance Solicitor to join their growing team. Role Overview: As a Banking and Finance Solicitor, you will manage a diverse caseload, providing expert legal advice on a range of matters including corporate finance, lending, regulatory compliance, and security documentation. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of banking and finance cases from inception to completion. Draft and review financing agreements, security documents, and related legal documentation. Advise clients on regulatory compliance and risk management strategies. Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to facilitate transactions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Qualifications: Qualified solicitor (NQ - 5 years PQE) with experience in banking and finance law. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
