Our client is a leading international firm in Manchester and has a solid banking practice acting for Lenders and Borrowers across the full range of finance deals.
They carry a strong level of bank panel appointments, ensuring that the quality of the work is high. The focus is on high quality, not volume, so access to some of the best quality work around is assured.
The finance team remains busy, and that demand means there is appetite to recruit to provide key support to the team.
The current structure of the team provides a clear route for progression, and you will be able to take on and develop key client relationships in time that will enhance your reputation. You will work in close proximity to one of the market's leading partners.
It is hoped to build out the team across their regional offices, so there is already scope to bring in a range of lawyers. The aim is to attract those with a level of good quality banking transactional experience; this can be focused or spread across a range of specialties whether leveraged, corporate, real estate, or project finance. If you have banking experience and want to access high quality and often international work, you are encouraged to inquire.
Despite the high value of the transactions, the team is not so congested as to inhibit your move through the ranks and provides a platform for significant development.
